A comprehensive account of world renowned psychiatrist Donald Ewen Cameron’s experiments in creating programmed assassins and spy-drones for the CIA, carried out from the 1950s through the 1980s at the Allen Memorial Institute in Montreal. Cameron used unwitting human subjects who entered the institution seeking help for mental illnesses. Cameron’s methods included erasure of personality by electroshock at 40 times the normal current levels, drug-induced sleep lasting for months, brainwashing under massive doses of LSD, and subliminal-hypnotic-radio beam techniques called “psychic driving.”
